🔸AM🔸 DIRECTIONS: Drink one cup every morning or for SUPER SKINNY RESULTS brew twice as long then dilute and drink throughout the day. Add 1 teaspoon (2.5gr) to tea bags that are provided or tea strainer. Infuse in 8 oz of hot water for 4-6 minutes. Remove tea bag/strainer and enjoy! Add some fruit and ice for a cool fresh treat or warm with honey for a smooth tea!
