This is a lot of all 31 monthly issues of RAILROAD MAGAZINE FOR the period 1939-1943.    These magazines were published by the Frank A. Munsey Company and are typically about 144 pages measuring about 9.5” x 6.5” each.    These magazines were never bound and have beautifully illustrated covers.
These are “pulp” magazines printed on cheap wood pulp paper and are in a mixed condition.    Some issues lacks the covers. Other have chips off the top and/or bottom of the spine but are otherwise fully complete and intact with covers solidly attached.  Some are well preserved, complete and are close to like they were issued.
