    Description

    On the
1970-1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo 2 door hardtop
there is a seal that installs into a chrome piece on the front edge of the rear quarter windows, this seals the door glass to the rear windows when the doors are shut.  This is the pair of rubber seals with a metal backing that will slide into your existing chrome seal retainer, we also have new chrome seal retainers available if yours are missing or rusted.  The
    quarter window seals
take a lot of abuse from the weather and they will shrink and get hard as they age and before you know it the windows don't seal right, you can get water leaks and noise from the air blowing in.  This
    pair
of quarter window seals is an excellent reproduction of the original made by Metro Moulded and will fit great.
