They are nickel over brass "DOT" blind rivet flangeless snap fastener studs with stainless steel mandrels that can be used on Ford, Edsel, Lincoln, Mercury and Willys vehicles. The nickel over brass flangeless stud is 3/8" diameter. The rivet has a .300" length. These snaps are "DOT" manufactured in the USA.
