They are nickel over brass "DOT" flangeless snap fastener studs with #8 x 3/8" long zinc plated sheet metal screws that can be used on Ford, Edsel, Lincoln, Mercury and Willys vehicles. The nickel over brass flangeless stud is 3/8" diameter. These snaps are "DOT" manufactured in the USA.
