The cone shaped HDPE liner is inert, clean, and forms a very tight seal that is far superior than the aluminum liner used on some cheaper vials. It is solvent resistance and corrosion resistant. It can be used to store either corrosive solutions such as strong acid base, or volatile organic solution such as acetone.
