Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This KVM Switch is in good cosmetic condition with scuffs and scratches from normal use, but nothing significant that would affect functionality.
Notes:
We powered up this KVM Switch and observed the fan running smoothly and quietly, the power button blink, then the Port Switches Blinked, and then the power button when to solid.  No additional testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
