    Description

This AR-22 rotator had been out of use for at least 30 years when I aquired it.  I have since disassembled it down to all the gears and hardware.  All of the old grease was 100% removed and all parts cleaned and re-greased with lithium based lube.  All ball bearings were replaced.  All bearing surfaces were cleaned and polished.  Motor was tested using a rotator control box.  All hardware was replaced except for mast clamps.  New clamps will need to be used that meet the needs of your mast and antenna.  Old clamps will be included but are rusted and not recommended.  Rotator requires the proper CDE control box to fully operate as designed.
Note:  The AR-22 had the same motor as the HAM-M (which became the HAM-II, HAM-III, and HAM-IV) and uses the same bell housing. But, there are only twelve ball bearings, not the 96 that the HAM-M had. However, back during the late 1950s and early 1960s, there were lots of AR-22 rotors used to turn tri-band yagis and, especially, quads.
