    Notice #1
Orders are packaged with extreme care
but when the carrier takes possession, I can not guarantee the safety of that order.  I do not offer refunds and/or free shipping returns.  In the unlikely
event that an item is damaged/broken during shipment, the buyer will need to file the insurance claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or UPS.  This is now a USPS
requirement and this information is found on USPS’ website on the “File A Claim” page.  As “proof of damage”, the USPS (nearest you) wants to physically see the broken item and the original
shipping container with the shipping label attached.  If, in a special case, the buyer does accept a return, a restocking fee of 20% will be imposed.
    Notice #2
Photos will help you analyze the exact item you are viewing
    .  The buyer bears
responsibility to study the photos and ask questions pertinent to their interests.  The written description and the photos are done to the best of my ability.  But, I’m only human and not an expert on
all items.  I cannot possibly cover every single detail about every item.  Any known damage or imperfections that I see will be disclosed in the written description and/or in the photos.  Items are
sold “as is”.  I strive to give 5-star service and value each and every buyer.  You and your business are greatly appreciated.  In my opinion, it is unfair to expect me to give a full refund plus pay the
return postage if a buyer simply changes their mind after their order arrives, or if I missed a detail in the description.  Please, ask relevant questions prior to buying.   Thank you.

Your feedback is welcomed and valued.
I look forward to hearing from you.  If an issue needs to be addressed, contact me before leaving any negative feedback.  We can solve problems together.
After checking out your order, I kindly ask that you leave eBay feedback first.  This signals me that your order arrived safe & sound.  Return positive feedback is promptly given.  I do send gentle
reminders to my buyers if I don’t hear from them.
