1. Love this bench discovered it at a friend's house works both in a tub & awesome for roll on shower. The suction cups are amazing no more unwanted/unexpected chair sliding due to soap/hair product. Reversible handle makes access easy. The length allowed me to transfer & settle before sliding under the water & the width gives me enough space to bring my foot up to better access my legs for shaving & better access to reach & clean/scrub my feet
2. I am an Occupational Therapist working in Home Health. I use this bath bench as a demo during trestment. This is a very well made bath transfer bench . It's very easy to assemble , no screws or tools needed. It has holes for drainage. The backrest can be easily moved to adjust to the tub orientation. As it straddles the tub ledge, 2 legs fit outside of the tub. Be safe and put a towel on the floor to catch water as this blocks the shower curtain. A vertical slit in a low price shower curtain may help remedy this. One would spend considerably more for this in a medical supplystore than this low price on amazon . Medicare does not pay for bathroom safety equipment .
3. Absolutely love it! Such a lifesaver. I’m about to have acl/meniscus surgery in a few weeks. I can’t use one leg at the moment, and i got this chair to make it safer to take showers. I’m about to safely get in and out of the shower by myself, makes it easier to access all parts of my body. Never once did i feel like i was going to slide onto the floor. I love how you can switch the direction of the handle, or choose to leave the back of the seat on on not. Please get this for your family member!
