Fully outfitted Softwash and Pressure wash trailer ready to work NOW

This is a fully outfitted, professionally built pressure wash and softwash trailer. It has been used at about 9 homes so far. It has everything needed to go out and run a pressure washing business -- the cleaning end of things. Literally everything you will need is on this trailer with the exception of your own personal protection gear and your own toolbox. Receipts are available for warranty purposes. All major parts of this rig - with the exception of the trailer itself -- are newly purchased and can be considered to have been tested in real world application. The pump and engine have only about 42 hours on them.

All parts of this working trailer are genned in and working extremely well. For example, the surface cleaner is dialed in perfectly and cleans the dirtiest black sidewalk in one pass at slow walking speed with no effort to keep the cleaner "on the ground". Special valves empty the water tank after the job very quickly, using the softwash system is a simple matter of rolling out the hose, setting the mix with the mixing system and pulling the trigger. Rinsing out the softwash system is as easy as turning off two valves and running clean water from the water tank. Everything is within easy reach with storage room still available.
The trailer itself is in good condition. All the washing system parts are securely installed. There is an internal LED lighting system. The outer doors have  secure locking. The trailer itself is the oldest part of this setup and was used prior to this for hauling mostly household goods, but spent most of its time just sitting.
The buyer will need to buy their own tools such as sockets, wrenches, screw drivers and etc. I do not include tools. Also, there is a "Curt TruTrack Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control" that is not a part of this offer, but can be added for 0 (or negotiated) if you need it to tow this rig. The tongue weight is around 600 lbs depending on the amount of chlorine in the tank. The total trailer weight is under 3500 lbs. The Curt system evenly distributes the tongue weight across all tires so your truck rides level -- truly amazing really.
