Gold Medal Strawberry  3454  is ideal for large producers of cotton candy. Each jar will  produce 2000 one ounce servings of cotton candy when mixed with sugar. You will receive twelve (12) one pound jars.
Compared with  Flossugar, which is simply poured from the container for use, Flossine  must be mixed properly. For example, add one or two tablespoons of  Flossine to 10 pounds of granulated sugar, or, if using the entire 1  pound jar, add 250 pounds of granulated sugar. One pound jar will yield  2000 1 ounce servings of cotton candy.
