I have a rotor plate that has never been used. This dose include u-bolts nothing else to buy. This rotor plate is constructed of 12 Galv. steel and is rust resistant. These are fabricated in my metal art shop , Have a lot of friends that are in amateur radio having trouble finding these so I started making them. I put a lot of effort making sure customer is took care of fast shipping and quality.
