. Condition is Used but untested.  Removed from a working industrial site that was being decommissioned.  For these items, returns are accepted with full refund if you find a problem with them and pay for return shipping.

Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14days if items are not as described and pictured.
- In order to return an item youmust contact me by email and obtain return authorization and return instructions.
- No returns, or refunds, areavailable if negative/neutral feedback is given prior to contacting me forreturn authorization.
- Please allow two business daysfor me to get back to you if you need to request the return of an item.
- For items being returned forreasons other than being not as shown or described:

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Buyer must pay return shipping.

If an item has Free Shipping, the actualshipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

- Items damaged in shipping MUSTgo through the normal formal claims protocol before a return to me. It isnormally required (by the shipping companies) that the buyer initiate a claimwith the shipping company. If items are received which have been damaged inshipping, you must keep the original box and packing material for inspection bythe claim adjuster from the shipping company (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
