Sale is for a used HP msm765zl wifi controller with 60 AP mgmt licenses installed. Tested and reset to factory default.
Great hot spare for site with up to 60 MSM APs managed by an MSM765.
Buying a used msm765zl with more licenses installed is less cost vs buying one or more 40 license pack for around 00 each if you are adding APs to your network, plus your old msm765 could be a spare . and this unit comes with new hd installed

MSM765 is running 6.6.x.x firmware so newest APs can be managed like 425 and 517 ac and 560 ac
Original HD with > 1000 days operation was replaced with new Intel SSD or 2.5 HD.

MSM765zl ships from factory with 40 AP licenses installed and this unit has two 10-AP add-on licenses, so it can manage a max of 60  MSM APs
This controller is ready to install and either restore config with <= 60 MSM APs or start a fresh config.
Tested in an HP 5406 core switch, boots properly, web mgmt works OK, and adopts APs. Backup and restore of configuration tested also.
Sale is for the msm765 only with 60 AP licenses installed (see screenshot), no other equipment etc included.
NOTE: The msm765 must be installed in an HP switch like the HP 5406/5412 to operate properly.
NOTE: the MSM765 will not work in newest 5406R models, check your 5406 chassis model number and compare to compatible plugin blades.
