This washer does not turn ON when power is applied.  We are not familiar with this type of item and we could not find any manuals or schematics for it so we do not know what is wrong with it.  The wheels will need to be replaced.  We do not know the status of the wands.  This is being sold AS/IS for parts or repair only.
