    Antique Navajo Rug Serape Transitional Blanket 1900
    Outstanding example!   Beautiful and early Navajo weaving.
    This is made of handspun and carded churro wool, and germantown yarns, as well as raveled and recarded red flannel (bayeta), woven on wool warp.
    A very unique and tightly woven piece!
    Fantastic original condition!  But has a few thin spots from use.  A beauty!
