SIZED HEI KURU (PENDANT) ,
broader at the body

is a perfectly rounded off at the ends symmetrically
tapering at both the ends !
This pendant is very hard to make to achieve the perfect round shape on flat lap machine or a wheel shaped grinding machine , job of a real master carver !
Made from most sought after translucent GEM QUALITY MARSDEN FLOWER  jade from South island of New Zealand
THIS PIECE OF JADE IS very nice with the  minuscule natural inclusions and
most sought after
kahurangi body translucency at the edges visible against light and is the best part of the block!
Beautiful tactile high gloss finish and thick plaited waxed cord with bound sliding knots ready to wear !
