New WITH lots of scuffs and light scratches from shelf wear.  Backrest/motor assembly ONLY!  This is not a complete lift.  If it isn't pictured than it isn't included.  Tested (REMOTE NOT INCLUDED)and its fully functional.  If you are not going to be satisfied with the cosmetic condition of this unit DO NOT PURCHASE.  Sorry but there is no "New Open Box" option for this category otherwise we would have listed it as such instead of just new.  The lift was purchased at a liquidation auction but was missing most accessories so we have decided to part it out.  We were able to test it because we had all the main components.  Again this is the BACKREST MOTOR ASSEMBLY ONLY!
