I attempted to test this unit.  Plug the PS into a normal plug and then the connector to the 8 blade connection on the
rear of the control box.  Pressing button 7 is the power switch.  Upon depressing button 7, nothing happened.  By
lightly shaking the unit the LEDs would attempt to light up and the voice would attempt to say something.
I apologize for the shipping price - but with the fair sized DC power supply it adds to the weight.
Could be a nice summer project to kick around with.
I can certainly ship without the transformer - and cut the blade/plug - this would lessen the shipping price
