This is the Original Stock Certificate as seen in scans.....THE IMPERIAL SLATE COMPANY.......PENNSYLVANIA .......1899......
.Issued and uncancelled.......Great Embossed Seal...........Overall Condition is Very Nice.....Has fold lines.....Some creases at top left corner and around the right and left fold lines towards the bottom area......It is dirty on the right side edge ......I think will come off with an erasure, as I've been able to take some off very easy....but it could be stained.......The Black Bars are Not on the certificate......
