Vintage cast iron meat grinder.  Universal brand. L. F. & C. New Britain, Conn. U.S.A.   Patent information stamped on the handle, including beginning patent from 1897.  Grinder itself measures apprx. 10".  Handle included along with four attachment tools such as a nut butter grinder, bread crumber and two others.  Also the bolt to secure the attachments to the grinder.  This was my great-grandmothers and used a lot through the generations starting  around 1910 up until recently.  It does have some rusting, but not too bad.  This is a table mount type grinder.  Looks like this model is #1 as printed on the side above "Universal" (see photo).
