Very Large Vintage Hand Carved Man Woman Figures From Indonesia Bali

This is a fantastic pair of vintage Hand Carved Indonesian Figures with a wonderful patina, both in exceptional condition. They were purchased in the 1970’s by a neighbor who lived in Indonesia. The female measures about 23 1/2 inches tall and the male figure is about 21 1/2 inches tall. They are beautifully hand carved with amazing detail. In searching online I have not found anything with their size and quality. I also have not found figures that are looking strait up as these are. I suspect that there is some significance to the pose. They both have exaggerated features to their anatomy. They would be great decorative pieces or additions to any collection!
