    This is one heavy meat grinder!   It was sold by Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett Co. of Chicago (predecessors of the True Value brand) under the O-V-B brand (Our Very Best).  The history of this hardware distribution company is quite interesting and can be found on the MadeInChicagoMuseum website,  Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Co., est. 1855 page.  The company went out of business in 1962.
