    Description

    Vintage UNIVERSAL #3 Cast Iron Food & Meat Grinder L.F.&C. NEW BRITAIN CT, USA. B15
    Made by Landers, Frary & Clark, the # 3 was the largest meat & vegetable grinder in their catalog. The company was in business for 102 years, but closed in 1965. Their meat grinders are still desired today.
    This one comes with everything shown in the pictures, which I believe are the three original blades for fine medium and coarse chopping, and then two extra blades that I think probably go with some other grinder. These two are shown in the last picture and do not fit on this device, but I'll send them along as I have no use for them. Perhaps you have another grinder that they will fit on, or maybe you can post them on ebay if you know what they are.
    This one is in good condition, with the wooden handle grip having no cracks or chips, and all the moving parts work well. It may be a very early one as it has the company's full name on the handle. I don't know if they did that in their later years.
    If you choose priority shipping, the cost will be no more than and change, as it fits in a Flat Rate large USPS box. If the system charges you more than that, I will reimburse the difference.
