Vintage W.S. George Lido Shape Canarytone GAYLEA Bread & Butter Plates, set of 6

Description

For sale is a set of six, 6 5/8" Bread and Butter LIDO Shaped Plates by W. S. George, in GAYLEA pattern, which came out in 1936 and ran through 1948. These pieces are multi-flowered (yellow fenced tulips), trimmed in platinum and still maintain their vibrant colors, touching on most every Color of the rainbow. They are in pretty good condition with normal wear, a minor chip(s) on the bottom of a few plates and only one where the chip is on the top rim. All flaws have been photographed.
