comes preassembled, all you do is mount the small printed circuit board and connect two wires.  Our simple step by step instructions are easy to follow.  The best part is you don't need to be an electronic technician; a Phillips screwdriver, a pair of side cutters and about 20 minutes and you're done!  In most cases (if not all) there are no internal plugs to connect/reconnect - the only plug you need to disconnect/reconnect is the power cord!  No printed circuit board assembly either as we've done that for you!
